Items in your cart aren't reserved until you've completed checkout and received a confirmation email.

At checkout, the first completed payment secures the item. Until your payment is processed, the item isn't reserved. Successful payment results in a confirmation page and an email featuring your order number (e.g., IWH—0000).

Keep in mind, while you're in the checkout process, another customer may purchase the available artwork. If this occurs, you won't be able to finalize your purchase, and the item will be marked as sold out.

If you've been charged but haven't received a confirmation email, verify the accuracy of the email address provided during checkout.

Failed payment attempts might result in a temporary hold on the order amount by your bank. This isn't a payment to us but a bank hold, usually released within 3-5 days. For further assistance, contact your bank. Without an order number, we don't have a record of your payment and can't assist with billing inquiries.
