Who owns the artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of both sold and commissioned original cut paper pieces. I have the right to produce reproductions of any artwork I create unless the Collector has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to purchasing the original piece. The Collector or buyer is not permitted to reproduce the artwork in any manner without obtaining written permission from me.

In the event that the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media, I kindly request that proper credit is given.

When you purchase an original cut paper piece, as the collector, you are granted the right to display the artwork in your home or business. However, the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission. If you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your painting, please let me know. Some collectors choose to acquire my right to reproduce the artwork, ensuring that it will never be made available as a print. I am more than happy to discuss this option with you if you would like.

 

How do I purchase an original?

I create as many cut paper pieces as possible and release them in collections on my website a few times per year. This will be well advertised before hand via social media and mailing list.

Can I commission a cut paper piece?

Yes! My commissions are currently open. Please send me a note on my Contact page.

Does your artwork come framed?

I do not currently offer framing from my studio. I highly encourage framing all original art. Artwork looks incredibly beautiful framed and this will help to protect your artwork from wear and dust.

DON’T FORGET THE MAT. Mattes make the artwork POP and add dimension and elegance.

Shipping Policies

PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 WEEKS FOR U.S. ORDERS

  • After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these and contact us promptly in case of a mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder.

    • Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

    • We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.

    • During peak periods (ie. holidays seasons) processing and shipping can take longer.

  • We ship using USPS Priority Mail, First Class for domestic orders or via UPS. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the lowest rate that we can offer.

  • We are a super small studio and ensure that all orders will be shipped in a timely manner.

    In most cases, orders are processed and shipped out within 2- 4 days of placing your order unless this lands on a US holiday.

    Made to Order or Commissioned items will be shipped out as soon as they are finished. Orders are shipped USPS and you will receive a tracking number. On occasion, items may be shipped via UPS or FedEx with tracking.

  • Our parcels/packages are equipped with a tracking number that will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. Once packages are dispatched for shipping, via USPS. You’ll be able to track your package on the USPS website that corresponds with your tracking number. If the tracking is interrupted or shows signs of incomplete delivery, please contact your local post office for additional details. 

  • We are at the peril of the USPS and after your order is shipped, we only have access to the same tracking information that we've provided you. USPS is well.. going through it so if tracking hasn't been updated your package may not be lost, just delayed.

    If your package has yet to arrive within 2 weeks of the shipping date, reach out!

  • We try our very best to purchase packaging that can be reused or recycled. Some of our packagings is from past stock that may not be recyclable but moving forward, our packaging will be as eco-friendly as possible.

  • If you received the wrong product from Izza Wei-Haas, or it arrived defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

    All orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on any orders.

    • If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

    • You must notify us within 7 days of any issues with the items you receive.

    • Claims for items damaged upon receipt must include clear photos of the damaged item.

    Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you would like to place an international order, please contact us.

    International packages are a bit outside of our control. Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Please keep in mind that tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments.
